Database script: Error: Could not find database script with class name 'TypeTaxaWithIssues'
Strictly not required, but nice to do before we move type names from the taxa table to the protonyms table (at which point the script will be removed).
The reason most of these are related to subgenus records is because it was previously not possible to assign a subgenus to species.
