| Etymology |
The specific epithet, yekzoeae, is composed of the family name (Yek) and nickname (Zoe) of Dr. Yek Sze Huei of the Institute of Tropical Biology and Conservation, Malaysia Sabah University, to whom we are much indebted for her help in the field work. |
