Acropyga (Rhizomyrma) dubia Karavaiev, 1933a: 311, fig. 3 (w.m.) INDONESIA (Sumatra). Indomalaya.

Primary type information: Primary type material: 3 syntype workers, 1 syntype male. Primary type locality: presumed to be Indonesia: Sumatra, Siak, 1912-13 (O. John). Primary type depository: unknown (not in SIZK (Radchenko et al., 2023: 10)). Type notes: Karavaiev, 1933a: 312, explains that these syntypes arrived without locality data, but since almost all of O. John’s material was from Sumatra, Siak, it was assumed that these originated in the same locality.
