Primary type information: Primary type material: holotype worker. Primary type locality: Spain: Doñana, Huelva, Dunes of Matalascañas, nest 3, 28.iv.1992 (A. Tinaut). Primary type depository: ATPC. Secondary type information: Secondary type material: 350 paratype workers, 4 paratype queens, 9 paratype males. Secondary type locality: same as for holotype. Secondary type depositories: ATPC, BMNH, MCNM, MHNG, MNHN, XEPC.
