Primary type information: Type-material: 11 syntype workers. Type-locality: 10 workers Congo (“French Congo”): Fort Possel – Fort Crampel, 6.i.1911 (Schubotz), 1 worker with same data but xi.1910. Type-depository: Zoological Museum Hamburg (Stitz, 1916: 371). Type notes: Hamburg zoological museum was destroyed in World War II; residual type-material may perhaps be in MNHU or ZMUH.
