Primary type information: Primary type material: 4 syntype workers, 1 syntype male. Primary type locality: Mexico: (no further data) (Sumichrast). Primary type depository: unknown (perhaps USNM but probably no material in existence). Type notes: Material was originally sent “to the Smithsonian Institution (= USNM) from Mexico by Prof. Sumichrast”.
