Secondary type information: Secondary type material: paralectotype workers (number not stated). Secondary type locality: same data as holotype, U.S.A.: South Dakota (no further data) (T. Pergande). Secondary type depository: unspecified but presumably MHNG, MSNG. Type notes: 1) Other original syntype locality: U.S.A.: Colorado (no further data) (T. Pergande). 2) Smith, 1947g: 157, gives South Dakota data as Hill City, vi.1890, no. 142 (ex coll. T. Pergande).
