Primary type information: Primary type material: lectotype worker (by designation of Kostyuk, 1976: 104). Primary type locality: lectotype Kazakhstan: Turkestan City, 7.vii.1923 (N.N. Kuznetsov-Ugamsky). Primary type depository: SIZK. Type notes: 1) Original data: syntype major workers (number not stated). 2) Kostyuk, 1976 gives collection date of the lectotype as 6.vii.1923. 3) Apparently the lectotype is the only type specimen still in existence.
