Primary type locality: Australia: Victoria, Otway Ranges, Beech Forest, (Turton’s Track, nr Mt Sabine (1812 ft)), i.1932 (J. Clark). Primary type depositories: ANIC, MVMA. Type notes: Taylor, 1992a: 65, cites 5 worker syntypes in ANIC.
