Primary type information: Type-material: holotype worker. Type-locality: Indonesia: SE Kalimantan (“Borneo”), 20-25 km. W Batulitjin, vi.1972, no. B-43 (W.L. Brown). Type-depository: MCZC. Secondary type information: Paratype-material: paratype workers (number not stated). Paratype-locality: same as for holotype. Paratype-depositories: ANIC, BMNH, CUIC, MCZC.
