Type notes: 1) Original type data: syntype workers, syntype male(s) (numbers not stated), France: vic. Brive and vic. Tulle (P.A. Latreille); syntypes lost or destroyed. 2) Steiner et al., 2018: 399, record that other specimens from the neotype nest series are deposited in NHMW (5 workers), and in HNHM (4 workers).
