Primary type depository: CASC (neotype). Type notes: 1) Original data: Type material: 3 syntype males. Type locality: Indonesia: Irian Jaya (“Dutch New Guinea”), Maffin Bay, viii.1944 (E.S. Ross), deposited in CASC. 2) Type material lost, not in BMNH or CASC (Bolton, 2003: 254).
