Mann) (invalid restriction of type-locality by Kempf, 1958a: 152; no lectotype designated), Haiti: St Marc, 1912-13 (W.M. Mann), Haiti: Petionville (LeCoup), (ca 3 mi. inland Port au Prince, ca 500 m.), 1912-13 (W.M. Mann), and Haiti: Manneville, W shore Lake Assuei, 1912-13 (W.M. Mann). Primary type depositories: MCZC, MSNG, MZSP, NHMB, USNM. Type notes: 1) De Andrade & Baroni Urbani, 1999: 508, say that Kempf, 1958a labelled a lectotype, but if so the designation was never published and is therefore invalid. 2) De Andrade & Baroni Urbani, 1999: 508, cite 15 soldier, 36 worker syntypes (2s, 4w in MCZC, 1s, 4w in MHNG, 1s, 2w in MSNG, 4s, 8w in MZSP, 2s, 7w in NHMB, 5s, 11w in USNM).
