Primary type depository: unknown (Kohout, 1998: 519). Type notes: Kohout, 1998: 519, Kohout, 2013a: 25, says the holotype cannot be found in MNHU or SIZK. However, he found some specimens (2 workers, 3 queens) in alcohol in MNHU, apparently from the same series as the worker sent by Stitz to Karavaiev.
