Primary type locality: Portugal: Madeira (no collector’s name; perhaps O. Heer). Primary type depository: unknown. Type notes: According to Horn & Kahle, 1935: 108, Heer’s material is in the Entomology Department of THZS. However, Dlussky & Putyatina, 2014: 238, found much of Heer’s fossil material in GBWA, NHMW, and UMJA.
