Secondary type locality: same as for holotype. Secondary type depositories: ABPC, AFPC, AMNH, LACM, LUQC, MCZC, MHNG, USNM. Type notes: On p. 1161, Francoeur, 1986b lists specimens measured: 15 workers, 16 intercastes, 10 queens, 10 males, but does not say if these are totals of specimens, or if all are type material.
