Type notes: 1) Wilson, 1958c: 136, identified these as ergatoid queens of Leptogenys acutangula (as Emery, 1914f: 399, already suspected). 2) Baroni Urbani, 1973b: 142, cites 1 queen syntype in NHMB as ‘holotype’.
