Primary type information: Type-material: holotype worker. Type-locality: Vietnam: Dong Nai, South Cat Tien N.P. (behind the headquarters, <160 m.), 23.x.2004, Eg04-VN-783 (K. Eguchi). Type-depository: IEHV. Secondary type information: Paratype-material: 7 paratype workers. Paratype-locality: same as for holotype. Paratype-depositories: KEPC, MCZC, MHNG, SKYC.
