Primary type information: Primary type material: syntype workers (number not stated). Primary type locality: Moldova (“Bessarabia”): “Telishchevo Orgeyevskii Uizda” (brought by Kovraisky). Primary type depository: ZMUM. Type notes: A lectotype (ZMUM) was designated by Radchenko, 1994f: 77, but there is doubt surrounding the identity of the assumed type specimens (Seifert, 2002a: 95, Radchenko & Elmes, 2004: 229, Radchenko & Elmes, 2010: 657).]
