Secondary type localities: 2 paratype workers with same data as holotype but nos 6595 and 6597, ca 25 paratype workers, 1 paratype queen (many in alcohol, Onoyama vial #4) Okinawa Pref., Okinawa I., Yona, 6.ix.1984 (F. Sato). Secondary type depositories: BMNH, OMNH, and in private collections of Onoyama, Ogata, and Hashimoto.
