Formica (Coptoformica) naefi Kutter, 1957: 4, figs. 1-6 (w.q.m.) SWITZERLAND. Palearctic.

Primary type information: Primary type material: syntype workers, syntype queens, syntype males (numbers not stated, “3 nests”). Primary type locality: Switzerland: right side of valley above Schuls (Unterengadin), of which 2 colonies vic. Pradella (Schuls) (H. Kutter). Primary type depositories: NHMB, NHML. Type notes: Seifert, 2000a: 543, cites >80 worker, 5 queen, 13 male syntypes in NHML (locality data supplied by Seifert & Schultz, 2021: 204).
